Hey man i think you should consider the possibilty that you may have damaged the motor by driving it with the oil pressure light on. i am not saying its your fault at all but i am a honda tech i have my dtps number to vouche for this and I can tell you this much you should not trust a dummy light what kindof condition was the oil pan in maybe the pickup was to close the the pan and losing pressure. i just dont think this guy scammed you and i dont think he should have to pay you back because you actually caused the knock when you started it it ran so techinically you should of taken the motor out and taken it back to him as soon as you found the oil pressure light was on. note this is just my opinon i am not saying i am right or wrong but i just think you should consider the fact that it could be your fault.
i think everybody needs to slow down on the whole scammer post threats its kinda dumb basically your just trying to threaten somebody when you probably havent even thought about the fact that it might be your fault

look i am sorry if i made you mad i was just saying that it might of been your fault and whenyou buy a motor from anywhere you usually get it on an as is basis if the guy promised you it would be good then i am sorry for that but the fact is that when you started it it did not have the knock and you are very right to want to take preventive mesures with ur motor i would do the same but changing the oil pump was probably not the right thing to do if i were you i would delete that part because technically he could say you did it wrong and that was the reason for it messing up and i am not doubting the skill that your friend has and you seem to state yourself in a very well manor but i am only offering my opinion

the real point is we hope this gets resolved. I don't believe in the word trust, so you really have to take anything you get with a grain of salt.

Like I said, if this falls through, you can have my engine free of cost, just drive your butt up here to Santa Maria and pick it up.

i can care less if its Mr Spoon him self doing the work on that motor, my opinion u fucked up by working on it after u noticed it was not in good condition. And take in mind CRANK has alot to do with oil pressure.

I don't understand why he is avoiding her now. If he hasn't done anything wrong he should be upfront with her. Pretty lame to just avoid it.

look i have been a honda tech for about 3 years i have attended honda school in torrence california, winston was the head professor when i attended i have compleated over 2,000 hours of training on isis which is hondas online training i alos attended the toyota t-10 program at rcc and have my aa in automotive science so if you wanna know my credentials there they are i can back all these up if you want i am sorry that you feel that you were scammed but i do not you blew the motor up unless you change your story then you were driving it when it developed the knock. you have not yet answered my question about the oil pan condition your tech should know there are only a couple of things that can cause that light to come on if i was in your shoes i would have tried to fix the problem myself but if it messed up i wouldnt blame it on whoever i got it from but its your money. once again i am sorry that you lost out on this deal and i will admit that this guy should be in touch with you he is acting strange what you should do is look and see if you can figure what caused the oil pressure problem. thats what i would try and do first just to see if maybe he sold it to you know it had this problem but as you already know it doesnt take long driving with no oil pressure to cause it to knock so i dont know how you can think it had that problem when he sold it to you but i hope you get your money back if you have any questions you can aim me at tinajmcs181

Answering or returning a phone call is a small price to pay for keeping a good name. He should think about that. Don't be a spazduck.
