Default FS/FT - Milano 99 Si located in GA (10+pics)

Back up!!
For Sale: Mint Rolling Chasis 99 Milano Red EM1
Location: Marietta, GA
Price: ~$8,000

Miles: 72,xxx

This car has been babied for all her life; garaged all the time.
I am the 2nd owner, I own the the perfect title to this car as well.
I've known the original owner and the car before I purchased it, so I can guarantee it's been in good care otherwise even I wouldn't have bought it.

I am looking for a bike more than anything.
Any street/sport bike near 600's is good for me, but I am open minded.
I really want to leave the game, which is a main factor I am thinking of selling my car.
The car as is stands as a rolling chasis.
It was a b18c hybrid till the 3rd rod (p72) blew a hole in front of the motor.
I have been slowly getting parts for her to come alive once again but I live 750miles away from the car (going school in Chicago, car is located in GA with my family) and progress is slow plus now I am thinking more of my studies rather than my hobby; I don't have much time and I live in an apartment now so it's impractical for me to kinker with it especially now that I plan on turboing her.

Here is what you get:
Exterior:
99 Si shell
Fresh Milano Red R81 paint job from head to toe less than 4k miles, cost $4,500 have receipt.
15'' Konig Heliums in bronze /w Falken Azenis with less than 1k miles
Skunk 2 lugs in bronze
CTR headlamps /w working city lights
OEM front lip, side skirt, rear lip, and spoiler
Shaved emblems and side DOHC VTEC stickers
Si emblem on front grill
JDMShit.com CF hood /w pins and JDM vent mod
OEM fogs /w color matching fog light bezels
Brembo drilled rotors on every corner /w Axis MM pads

Suspension:
Tein SS full coilovers
Comptech front upper strut bar
GSR rear sway bar
DC Sports rear lower tie in polish

Engine:
EM1 stock engine harness
Place Racing driver's motor mount
Urathane front toruqe mounts
Rear Energy Suspension's rear mount inserts
NGK Wires
MaxRev log manifold /w 35mm/38mm flanged WG (for B) and MaxRev 2.5 DP
2.5 JDM test pipe /w 2.5 side dump
Tial Gate in polished /w custom straight vertical dump
Greddy oil catch can
Bored ITR T-body (+2mm I think)
Skunk2 IM for Pr3 heads
Walbro 255-hi pump
DSM 450 blue top injectors
AEM fuel rail in red /w B&M FPR and water gauge adapted
Autometer Phanthom A/F and Boost gauges /w full color matched dual pillar.
CTR crank pulley
DC Sports SS exhaust
DC Sports short shifter
OBD2-OBD1 conversion harness
B16 stock tranny (no grinds) /w ACT 2600psi clutch kit and JUN UL flywheel
Spoon Sports drain plugs
No AC, no PS, and no CC
You get everything to the bone expet a long block!
axles are in tact on both ends, b18c short block and tranny is still installed, you get that plus JDM ITR pistons, new oil/water pump.

Interior:
Spoon Sports ****
CTR shift boot
Kenwood deck 50x4
APexi Rev-Speed Meter
Dual full pillar pods /w Phantom A/F and Boost gauges
Sparco Speed seats in red /w Sparco 4pt bolt-in harnesses
Brand new OEM mats

Obviously if you want to just throw in a B16, not boost it and call it a day then that's fine also; you'll just need a long block, header with 2.5 outlet and an ECU of your choice.

The price is not firm at all, I'm not even looking to sell for cash!
I'll be happy with a straight trade of a very very nice bike, but you can entertain me with other cars as well, something with less attention on the roads.

Car will NOT be shipped, must be picked up! I have no problem in picking up a bike for transport, I can set up shipping no problem unless you live on a farm.

EM1s go for about 11 grand give or take depending on mods.
I am asking for 9 grand (which isn't even firm) and you're missing only a simple long block (B16s cost a grand) and ECU ($100).
Which will then be worth about the same as any other EM1...
PLUS you get everything on the list which is then worth a lot more than the average EM1s that are for sale.

Ahh!! I wouldn't mind keeping her but there's almost no progress, I'm just getting mad over nothing week in and week out.
So i'm seeing if there's maybe something out there a bit different.

^^^ Oh by the way, how are things?
My interenet and computer was all messed up and I couldn't respond to any PMs and the comp had a korean language filter so I couldn't read anything and the pop-ups were blocked and I didn't know how to take em off so I never got PMs after a bit.

k20a2?!
Thought you wanted something more practical!
It'll be a good deal on both ends if that car has no problems.
Good luck buddy, keep in touch.
