Update 2/21/2005 Thread is going to be locked, on request from me, because i dont feel like hearing people degrade somebody when they are making an attempt to repay me.

Josh has called me, told me he forgot about presidents day, which is a mistake, because who the **** celebrates this holiday. He will be sending the payment tomorrow, the 22nd via overnight priority mail. I should be recieving it on wend. the 23rd. The thread will be locked until then.

Josh screwed up, yes, would i deal with him again, most likely not, yea theres tension, but im not about to put up with people still calling him names and ethugging and generally adding nothing but negativity to this situation when the only people involved are me, josh, and a few other choice people. so for the sake of respect, no more comments are going to be made until new news arrives.

dude, its been over a month. I've paid you, you received it, then tell me you got shot in the hand, then you stopped responding and your friend or whatever started to pm me. telling me, oh, dont worry, you will get a tracking number this afternoon....bullshit.


Simply put, just ship me the damned wheels i paid for a MONTH ago. having one hand not usable doesn't mean you can't do anything for yourself man, you sold the wheels, now ship them...

I've also tried calling your cell phone number, and never, i repeat, never gotten an answer, i've left about 5 or 6 messages asking you to please call me. NOTHING

I've also tried calling your older cell phone, and a female answered, she took down the message but i am skeptical i will hear anything back from that.

I have been patient enough to sit and wait a solid month before i started taking action. please resolve this so i can have this thread deleted...

GOOD THING, Or I would have been making this post.

He was suppost to send me out a B16 Head w/ itb's, and a CTR trans.

Of course, EXCUSE after EXCUSE...did he ever send. I cant count how many pm's I have sent this guy. And even after telling him, MY PARTS are all Boxed and ready for shipment. Just to hear, " Dont worry man, Im sending it out today "

I seriously dont get idiots like this, that really ruin it and this hobby for others.

People like this guy, have ruined so many sales for me..cause I force myself NOT to ship payment or parts first..if the person selling or buying does NOT have <U>"Reputable"</U> vouches on the board. And locals do not count!

I wish you the best man, And Josh.. if your reading this. Do whats right man. If the man paid you, then simply just give the man what he paid for. Don't be a bad example for others. Its really not worth it over "car parts".
