i've used these fittings and lines in 4500 psi applications, but I have no experience with them under vaccum let's say 20-30 in/HG. The push lock connectors are designed to lock under pressure. They'll hold high pressure fine at 16 ***** per second
in my timmy!

As seen on the Urban Legend.
I use these and I know a lot of racers use them too that run 50psi of boost!! So they will not leak.

buddy honestly. No tank will put out 4500psi nor i know of any marker that has an operating pressure of 4500 psi. At most in paintball, macro lines hold 1000 psi and thats only on adjustable tanks which i honestly dont think even go that high. On your timmy your running at most 650 psi into your regulator which is droped down to about 150-300 psi. No macro line is 4500 psi safe. i personally think that nothin out beats steal braided lines.

I agree with you 100% that nothings beat a stainless braided line with teflon tube, but for a lower alternative option that can be removed easily, this is the way to go...

This looks like a great setup.I never liked rubber hose and zipties.
And a note on braided steel line.Unless its designated for vacuum it can collapse the inner teflon tube without collapsing the braid. The stuff desingned for pressure and boost has the inner bonded to the outer.

Yes, you are corret and I will edit my post above. These lines can handle 1000 psi and maybe a bit more but not 4500 psi like I said above.I typed that really late and was in a hurry. Is that a X/E-mag in your sig. And your handle looks familiar. Are you on AO? If so, imstoiched!

The new macro line out now is able to withstand around 1200psi. It is also more flexible then the old style. On an intimidator you want your reg prssure to be around 260 and your operating pressure around 80psi.
