The welds are good and the ports are sanded decent but the measurement is off which has the most effect on fitment and flow.

I plan on posting his name so other people don't use his services if I can't get this resolved. I just wanted to get feedback from HT members on it first.

Not to bash on your future setup, but why the CBR ITB's? Obviously, it is too hard to get a straight shot from the butterfly to the port, due the fact that they don't separate between butterflies 1 and 2, and 3 and 4.

I know it's easier in terms of the TPS sensor, but I would go with GSXR ITB's, simply because you can line up the whole assembly alot better.

Best, here check out this setup a customer walked in with so I could make a custom bracket. A lot straighter then yours, and no welding was done.

Also from your pics, it looks like there gonna be way to long and come to close to the firewall.

Those clamps were OEM off a cbr. Best way I have ever seen it done with out welding.

Have you ever worked with the cbr's , if so you would know you could them line up straight. If the guy would of cut the manifold right, they would of been straight.

I stand somewhat corrected. They CAN be lined up sort-of straight, but you can get a true, straight, clean line out of GSXR throttle bodies.

Look at my pic, as for the intake mani lining up with the itb's, you can't get any straighter then the ones I showed a pic of.
