Default fitment on 98 GSR exhaust to 98 LS exhaust

its a simple question. i know that obd1 gsr exhaust would not fit on 98 LS. but does 98 integra GSR exhaust fit perfect on 98 integra LS? some people told me it might not fit because of the length of cat. how about if you change the header and the exhaust would it fit with the stock LS cat?

NO! 00-01 GSR will fit perfect on the LS.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by xiLLtegRax &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">whats if i get the headers to cat, and cat to exhaust. will it fit?</TD></TR></TABLE>the cat accounts for about 3-4 inches of that difference right there. the 94-99 gsr cats are around 13" while the 00-01 gsr's and 94-01 LS/GS/RS have longer 17" cats. if you want things to fit properly, you will have to get the entire exhaust system including the cat.

I think you only need to switch out the A-pipe to run the GSR exhaust, but i dont know if the 4-2 ports match or where it would place the cat.

I looked up both cars and it had the same diagram for both cars with 3 different A-pipes. They part numbers for the cat were different but I think thats only to match it with the chassis. Otherwise the actual part is the same.

If I'm incorrect about the cat excuse me but It looks like only the A-pipe is different.
