Pricewise? Check out Johnnyracecar.com, lots of size options, decent efficiency, and fairly cheap

I'll tell you right now, you're going to probably be hard up to find an intercooler to stuff behind your bumper where you don't have to cut the bumper skin any. You might get a better response to this question in the FI forum.

I bought my intercooler from the classifieds section here on HT for $240...it's a 20x8x2.5 core.

I should have waited and not cut out my fog light holes...I thought I would need to but ended up not needing to!

What DaX said.
I, too, wanted to go with a FMIC as part of my turbo project.
I tried to figure out how to put one in my 90 crx without cutting any metal, but couldn't figure out any easy routes that didn't sacrifice good charge pipe geometry.

I talked with like 5-6 shops and they all said it's very very hard to do this on a crx.
So I took it to a local shop that cut some metal, but in the end I was happy - they did a great job (SpoolinPerformance in SJ)

Edit - here's a pic of my FMIC

My FMIC is 32x5, and i had to cut the plastic out on the bumper and i had to cut into the bumper support to make it fit.. its a Tyrus fmic.

I havent seen an intercooler that you didnt need to cut the bumper ever.. Maybe not the front of the bumper but your going to need to trim some behind it..

the only way i could see doing it is maybe putting a thin cored fmic where the a/c condenser rad is at and moving the radiator back some.. but its gonna be a trick. my fmic is pretty small depth and height wise and i had to cut quite a bit

You need to get a good sized one like mine. So when people look back they see the FMIC grilling at them. I am ghetto, I know.
