Hey mod's can we get an updated list as of the 10th when the tires raffle off (or sooner) who has paid, whos registered, and whos left like before?

The names in the drawing will be chosen by Mike (migs) from THIS LIST. Therefore if we don't have your check 1/10 - you aint winning no new shoooooooes.

Almost positive the event and drawing are based purely on driver registrations. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

PAYING DRIVERS!!! the track needs money to operate, run, safety costs. Read the sig and thats the deal. It doesnt matter if there are 400 guests they all pay for the banquet not the track. That's the fact.

I would like to reiterate that if we do not have a minimum of 65 paid registrants by January 24th, the event will indeed be canceled - end of case. This does mean that all checks and Paypal payments have to clear by the 24th. If I get checks in the mail on the 24th, they do not count.

Bottom line is, I have to call the track on January 24th and either cancel the event or I sign the contract for the weekend. There is another group waiting to take the weekend if we can not commit. I will not be willing to put myself at financial risk if we do not have the minimum criteria met.

We have put a lot of time into organizing this event already, and I would hate to see it all go to waste. Let’s make this happen!

Someone should see if we can get free access to the 1/8th mile track while our event is going.... that might get some of the more drag oriented people to try their hand at a roadcourse and still get some drag time in

Plus we can have an Expo bracket race event along with the burnout contests.....

This is a perfect example of what we had in our marketing plan IF we had a solid response. Why on earth would we try to do more when we can't even get the event support as it is. I'm not driving that far to run a drag strip

NOTE TO EVERYONE: Use your Credit Card & pay write the check to your own credit card. Costs $15 more, but you are guaranteed to be in the drawing for free tires AND the event will go!!!!
