Anybody got the formula to calculate dynamic compression?
I suppose you'll need the static compression of the stock motor and to know the lift and duration of the stock cams. Then substituting the aftermarket cam's lift and duration, there should be a way to calculate the dynamic compression...
Anyone?
There's a lot more to it than that. Do a search on Lycos or something.
It's complicated, and even then.. I doubt there's a "formula" where you can just plug in numbers.
Good luck. Post anything you find that's worthy. Good topic here.
