Why are you even asking these questions? Of course the Omnipower valvetrain is good. There is a million threads saying its good. Same with the BC Spec III cams. Please do a search.

Is it a stock B20 with stock sleeves and rod bolts?
If so you are pushing your chances, although I had a boosted Stock B20 vtec with turbo last for 6 months at 9 pounds and 310 whp. Eventually the sleeve cracked though.

I've been hearing that OmniPower is a rip off of Buddy CLub....I've been told to just stick with Skunk2 Valvetrain...Do Any of you have omnipower?

b20'a are not really meant to handle high rpm, you probably really should rev it passed the stock CRV rev limit unless your bottom end really built (fully balanced, rod, pistons, etc)... I have also heard omniman valvetrain is get to rev on up to 9500 rpm, with a b16 and ****, but b20?? I dont' know

1.Thats 100% untrue.
2.You dont need to rev BC3's much more than 8k
3.Omnipower valvetrain is better than skunk's

You dont need to rev high with the buddy club stage 3, so your block should be safe and since the lift on the cams isnt high and the cams peaks out a lil over 8k you dont really need to upgrade your valvetrain but its nice to have just in case

No I think you should learn to read.... Your question was answered... Don't rev the stock block past b20 stock rev limit... Omnipower is good, BC is good. Your questions are answered.
