for best bang for buck go with oem
the '04 TL 6-speed sway is 20mm, the previous model CL/TL type S is 19mm.
the 04 tl speed sway will fit on all usdm accords 98-04
04 TL sway part #'s:
52300-SEP-A11 - Rear Sway Bar (called a spring by acura/honda)
52306-SEP-A11 - Bushing (2 needed)
52308-SEP-A00 - Holder for bushing (2 needed)
CL/TL Type S sway part #'s:
52300-S3M-A01 - Rear Sway Bar
52306-S0E-015 - Bushing (2 needed)
52308-S3M-A00 - Holder for bushing (2 needed)
BTW, if you have a DX accord, you need to purchase ENDLINKS for your rear sway bar

strubars will also help prevent body roll
id recommend neuspeed, or CL-S/TL-S, or comptech if you can afford it
basically, dont get any strut bar with holes in it (DC) or any strut bar that is weak and flexible (ebay brands), you want a strut bar that is STRONG and FIRM

Yeah the Neuspeed strut bar is nice, and it's one solid piece, and not a three piece like the majority of strutbars out there.
But if you want to work on roll, then get the swaybars. My current setup is Eibach front and rear swaybars, and Neuspeed front upper and lower tiebar. A decent setup. The tein ss also stabilizes the car.

just get a s/t rear swaybar and call it a day...you won't need the front..especially with the spring rates that come with the basics...you'll end up understeering heavily

why pay over $100 for an S/T rear sway bar when you can get a CL-S/TL-S rear sway (same size 19mm) for about $50 (with bushings and brackets) from the dealership?
or you could get a 20mm for around $50 too?

Strutbars do nothing for bodyroll. They are only supposed to stiffen the chassis, in affect allowing the suspension to work better. Sway bars on the other hand DO.

because most oem bars are hollow and don't come with polyurethane bushings

I do believe you can buy the poly bushings seperately.
Unless the S/T bar is adjustable, then I would just go with the OEM.
Also, I'm having a brain fart and can't remember the advantage or disadvantage of a solid or hollow sway bar. Could someone explain that again real quick. Thanks

I have a 98 4dr LX with a 18mm rear swaybar. Will that 1 or 2mm make that much of a difference? I also know that the 98-02 Accord V6 coupes has the 19mm rear swaybar.
You know if any of the the TL sway bars would work on a 02 accord with a 3" exhaust?
Would I see any benifit to getting one with the stock suspension? I plan to eventually get coilovers, but I'm kind of waiting for my stock struts to go bad.
