I'm about to buy some CTR cams used with cam gears from a person locally.

Now i know that on the intake cam there is two rings on the slit on the distributor side of the cam.

For the exhaust cam is there anyway i can identify it?

no prob. just print out the pics of the cams and bring them with you....the guy thought i was crazy cause i was all up on one end of the cam

 

hahah. Well hey man, this is alot of money we're talking about here. I'd hate to spend 500+ bucks on cams that are the same as mine!

 

exactly. dont forget to check for cracks are anythng on the cam.
