chances are removing the seats and carpet are not going to help you find the water leak.....but it's simple to do.
You'll need a ratchet with 8mm, 10mm, 12mm sockets, a phillips head screwdriver, a box cutter. It also helps to have a thin wide flat piece of metal (wedge tool) to get into tight spots.
Remove the four bolts from the front seats, and then unplug the seatbelt wire, unclip the seatbelt guide, and out they come.
The rear seats, remove the top portion of the seat first, by removing the plastic clip for the swivel point, and then sliding it out.
at that point you can remove the one bolt holding down the bottome portion of the rear seat, and lift from rear to front unhooking the metal hooks.
Then the carpet has a bunch of fasteners, remove carefully, also remove the center console and e-brake cover, and the door sills (the clips under the door sills are easier to lose so becareful.
remove the kick panels under the dash, and there should be a few more fasteners to remove.
then take your box cutter and cut one piece of the carpet that attaches around the center console frame, so you don't have to remove the center console frame. this part is under the center console cover so it won't affect the cosmetic appearence of your car.
The carpet should come out at this point with only some minor sticking to the padding/sound insulation stuff. Then just reverse after you've searched.
hope you find your leak
might want to check your molding around the front windshield, and windows. Also chekc the gaskets around your taillights, and makesure your antenna drainage tube is attaced properly.
here's a thread I made back in august with pics of interior removal:
