I have mine in my Glovebox, i will post pics Tommarow, but I just want to see If anyone has any cool spots for them, Or does everyone just put it in front of there ash tray

 

i just posted this pic in the cd player thread, but what the hell here it is agian.
i just removed my ashtray and cut it down a little and shoved it in there

 

I just bought mine yesterday. Hopefully someone at the meet will help me install it for some free

 

I like the ashtray mount, thats how im gonna do mine. I also really like it right above the front vents on the dash. It is the best place if you wanna look at it all the time, but i dont want someone scumbag to see it in my car and just break my window and steal that cuz it looks nice.

 

Mine will be in the glovebox as well. No reason to have it visible IMO..

I wanted it visible to see an accurate tach. Plus the pressure information is nice, too. And peak hold. And throttle position...

I guess I like my V-AFC

Glove box for mine also. Don't want the dealer catching a peek of my voodoo magic.

I mounted mine where the map lights would be and tilted it at a angle. The wire is long enough to run it in the head liner, down the pillar, through the glove box to the ECU. Standing outside the car it is out of site, and that is standing in different angles. You can't even see it from a car that is behind me in traffic. I'll try to get some pics and post them later this week.

Oh and one more thing. The sun does not shine on it, so you don't have to worry about not being able to see it in the daytime.

I mounted mine on top of the cup holder for now. I will hide it in the glove box after I fully tune the car.

Nice job with te rear view mirror mount. I know a guy who had a CF mount molded into his roof for his V-AFC. Looks good. I need to get me one of those.

It is a easy Install, and people cant see it just walking by your car

 

How many of you (besides me) actually use your V-AFC?? I actually pay attention to the stats... I used to have it Velcro'd to the ashtray, but kept taking my eyes off the road to check it out. It's Velcro'd in place now, too, so I can remove it if I take the car to the dealer (God forbid!) or somewhere else suspect.
