anyone have a pic of stock GSR 94-95 Intake Manifold....this reason im asking for help is becuase the Referee that was inspecting my GSR said the manifold of 96 is not the same as 94-95...

For overall appearance it's the same, they all have the IAB system. But the differences are subtle. The newer engine doesn't have a FITV, & the IACV is probably different. I think maybe the connections for the EVAP system are different too?

 

oh dann im f*cked ...the evap solenoid on the top of old version of GSR intake manifold, my 96gsr im doesn't have EVAP on the top of IM .....it located somewhere else at the firewall....when referee inspecting and since my car is 95 they will look for Evap solenoid on the top of IM ..shesh...

how much is gsr IM for model 95 from HT....100bucks?

 

Thats ******* crazy that the ref is giving you a hard time about your intake mani. Thats beat that CA headz got it rough

 

those pics are for a 96-motor. since you need a 94-95 gsr intake man the evap is not on top like the pics but near the tbody and the evap on the 94-95 is identical to the 92-95 civic dx/ex/si or 94-95 ls also.

 

I believe only the type R has the evap valve on the firewall??
My 96 GSR has the evap valve on top of the IM in the center.
The difference is probably more than that. My evap valve started
complaining about not getting enough vacuum after I switched to
a Blox IM.
