Looks good man, you don't have anything to worry about. That is right on target for a stock b18b with relatively low mileage. Just for ***** and giggles, kinda off-topic but does anyone know the baseline whp for a 99 civic dx? I guess thats a d16. My friend has one of those and its stock and he thinks hes putting down 115-120 whp. He is an idiot. I told him thats what my ls makes.

So after I get done at the dyno tommorow, and find that my motor is putting out 100 hp at the wheels - I'm going to cry .

I only ran a 15.5 at 88.86 mph in my civic hatch, so unless my CX has gained a few hundred pounds, according to all typical calculations, I'm not putting out but around 120whp even with i/h/e :-/.

I think my timing being off has a lot to do with that. *doh* Prolly will fix that before I run the car, so I won't know until I get back to the track. Maybe the dyno guy will be nice enough to let me adjust the timing with the car on the dyno in my 30 minute appt.

Mine put down 126.36 whp today, with no ac or ps attached - so you're doing well. I also have a 3" short ram intake, hp racing headers, and a 2" exhaust + stock-style muffler ;o) (so you may as well call it a stock exhaust).

I've got about 100,000 on my engine now, it's from a 95 LS

I know this is old but I had to laugh at your friend's idiocy and reply anyways!
A stock d16y7 is rated at 107hp from the factory and that's at the crank, not even whp! Net hp is in the low 90's.

115 sounds about right........to the crank, if it were right out of the factory
