thanks. I don't need one right now at all, I need other stuff and when the time comes that I do need a turbo then I will most likely be going with a bigger turbo. Or even this one if I still have it.

 

If my new headstuds don't work then there is going to be a lot more stuff for sale soon. But just the turbo for now.

 

Selling stuff sure is a PITA..... maybe tell them what you paid for it just to start...

 

I paid $850 for it. I found one on a site the other day for $900 shipped, without the T04S cover! Thats $100 itself. If someone sends me an offer close to what I paid for it I would be happy. Hey, a word of advice...Don't try to get arp to make custom headstuds unless you have lots of money. Why? 1/2" stud, 1/2" x 20 thread on top and also 1/2" x 20 thread on the bottom of stud, cost? $115 per stud

what type of spool time could i expect from this turbo with a 2liter gsr? thanks

 

I don't know enough about that to give you an answer. There is a lot that goes into spool time. I wish i could give you more info. someone on here should be able to tell you roughly what rpm you can expect boost w/this turbo. The engine I have is a 2.0l B18b (still not together) I wasn't looking for a turbo to spool fast when i bought this one, but now with some changes in my setup (alowing higher rpm and more boost) has made me decide to go bigger to take advantage of even more topend. I would actualy like to see what this turbo will do on my set up, but it is much harder to sell a used turbo if it doesn't work out. Pretty much take an sc61 and add some lag, also add lots of topend compared to the t3 version. If you would liek more info on this turbo or even spool and how it will work on your car, try to pm or e-mail arturbo, I bought it from him and he can definatly help you out. thanks, let me know waht you find out.
