I'm sure some of you would be interested in the in-car video from Hondata's EG/K20A from the Super Street/Eurotuner Time Attack at Buttonwillow in mid Nov.

This was using the Honda Challenge setup but about 200 lbs lighter, open exhaust and hoosiers. They had minor problems with handling (wandering on the straights), brakes (worn out) and the engine dropping out of VTEC, but the car still was hauling ***.

The low final (5.062) makes the car sound faster than it is but this video gives an idea of the straight line speed - passing the Celica 'Extreme' supercharged 300 hp 2ZZ.

Oh - next year Hondata will be racing SCCA Honda Cup. They can build the engine - rods, pistons, compression, head, so are going to make a little more power ...

Hasport should be paying you for this one. After all, this video has the potential to sell alot of K-mounts. Hell, even I am thinking of buying a set when they finally come out with their ED/EF mounts. And I don't even own a K-series motor. At least not yet. And then there is the soundtrack. Okay, so it cuts in and out from time to time. But a soundtrack like this makes music seem like such a worthless art form. More downloads like this could be just what the doctor ordered when it comes to shutting down file sharing for good.
