Getting my parts together for my '91 Accord's second timing belt job (but it's my first). Got Honda belts and seals (and more) on the way. Got Helms. Got milk?

Looking for any tips on removing and installing the oil seals. Yes, I will use a retainer plate if it isn't already there --- although it probably is since the first belt was changed @ Honda a few years ago. I of course don't have access to the special Honda tool for installing oil seals. Thanks.
