FS: OBDI ECU (Chipped) P28 ECU
ECUs, P28 reprogrammed with a DOHC VTEC or SOHC VTEC race programs, each ECU comes with 4x chips, to be used on OBDI 92-5 Civic/Integras with B16a, b18c, b20vtec, LS/VTEC, d16z6 (knock sensor, speed limiters disabled)
DOHC VTEC comes with the following programs:
Mugen (5700rpm vtec, 8800 rev limit), Skunk2 (4800rpm vtec and 9000rpm rev), Vision (5200rpm and 9600rpm) and Feels (5700 vtec and 9600rpm rev limit)
SOHC VTEC = RPT (4200rpm vtec and 9000 rev), XS Engineering (5100 and 8500), Skunk2 (4800rpm vtec and 8700 rev) and Vision (5200rpm and 9000 rev limit)
on average programs produce about 5-12whp on a mildly modified motor...dyno tested on few cars, with a harness converter can be used on 96+ obdII cars....

i'm confused, would this work for my 2001 OBD II equipped GSR?
edit: Oops i didn't read that i need a harness converter. Does anyone know how much a harness converter is and where the best/cheapest place i could get one?
