i put in a obd1 ecu in my 96 hatch and the idle adn performace of the car sucks..i havent even attemted to drive it like that. ive heard alot about teh fast idle valve...if i was to get an obd1 throttle body, i would get the fitv, but would lose the iacv, since it mounts on the bottom of the tb, not the back of the manifold like obd1 cars do i believe.

i always thought it was plug adn play with the conversion harness...guess not

anybody have done this successfully?

 

Did you swap a motor in and if so which one?
