Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone has every used one of these on a Honda (preferably CRX) any models. Would it be ok to run this with a ITR 4-lug rim or any Honda offset 4x114 rim? This spacer kicks out the rim 30mm (roughly 1.2 inches or so). how would it look on a honda?
Anyone with experience with these??

I've been reading about spacers lately and I'm find MANY responses that say they are a bad idea. Some say that they can be a weak link and others say that they ruin hub bearings. Others say that the added width of the wheel base won't actually increase stability because it changes the suspension geometry.
Research opinions on the WHOLE internet before you try those....
IMHO I WOULD NEVER TRY THOSE!

I would, try them!
Many professional racing teams in the past have used them.
does it wear out bearings faster? Probably but doubtfully noticeable.
Its a well engineered idea. Its not too different to running a different hub as far as stress loads. As long as the bolts hold it should not be a problem

Honestly, this sounds like an appearance forum post.
Spacers are one thing, but who in here can honestly say they're running a 30mm spacer?
All because you want to run some stock wheel that's not any better suited than the hundreds of 4x100 options on the market?

these aren't to be put on a show car, i figured road racers might use spacers to have wider rims/tires...thas why i put it in here. Because someone might have experience with spacers here, rather then the "show-ho's" in the appearance forum

one of my cousin is running spacers like that on his blue delsol with jdm itr wheels and it seems to be ok just that the wheels sit out a bit but is flush with the fenders though! i think its an okay idea....
Many of the spacers by some well known suspension companies are essentially the same exact thing (though usually hubcentric to boot), they're all over Japan too, they like their wheels to stick waay out
.
.
besides messing with your scrub radius, those things dont have a wheel register on them. If they did, then maybe I'd consider using them to rock them JDM ITR wheels.
