BC3+ if you are looking for some mid-range power band and rev's between 8200 to 8500.

suppose to be ideal for stock bottom end LS/CRV-VTEC's and B16's

I talked to OMNI about these 2 cams and he said.......

M22's great cam and made power all around in the b16a project and will probably make a lil more power up top vs bc3+.
but thats his guess and not proven.
just to note that is what he thinks.

M22's is what OMNI used to get over the 200+WHP mark on his B16 project.
206WHP to be exact.

i dont know what cams they used before the M22's but the car made 197 WHP before the M22's were used.

i think both cams are a good choice from the input i have seen and i dont think you will loose with either cam's

Both cams are fairly innovative and have better primaries than most cams on the market now.

You won't loose either way.

Both make power as we've all seen...so there should be no questions about that.

You will have to take into consideration the construction of these two cams. These cams are not built the same mind you. The Buddy Clubs are made in Taiwan, while the M22's are constructed from a material more compatible with the rocker arm castings.

Now you make your choice from here

match some m22's with RM vtrain, and you cant go wrong. i always say stick with the same brand since theyre made together. but the BC3's have also shown good results in that huge thread abuot them. both are proven, just decide based on which company and customer service you like better

JDMboy i believe that from wut i remember at the end of the b16 test they did not use m22 cams. but im not sure.

rocket i really like your opinion. most company would have really pushed for their product. but you keep it real.

i wont be surprised if buddyclub are made in taiwan.

didnt vote yet dont know enough to make a guess. i wont be suprised if the m22 makes more power up top. everyones know of the band the buddyclub. imo buy the cam that suit ur needs. that has the band that you would want. but the quality of the cam is still a quesiton

I actually just checked out the omni b16 project or rocket's site and with the dynamic stage a's the car made either 195 or 197 but in the final clip it showed him droppin in the m22's then went to the dyno after and put down 206whp.

Since rocket is on here maybe he can confirm.

Thanx

A lot of stuff from Japanese companies are made elsewhere.

If you have the Crower valvetrain, then special arrangements can be made to purchase just the cams alone.
