i got into my car tonight and realized the main't light was blinking.. i have about 39,7xx miles on my car.. normal light?? jus standard service at the dealer at 40k miles?? jus wondering.. ne info will be appreciated..

There is a button under the dash you will feel it by reaching your right hand toward the pedals and feeling under the dash. Just hold it down while you go from position 1 to 2 in the ignition.

EDIT: actually, if it is only blinking during startup, you are still fine... it's when it stays on that it gets annoying... That will probably happen closer to 40k

 

Yep all it is, is a reminder that you are getting closer to a scheduled maintance. Just call up your local Acura dealer and schedule an appointment, and your R will run faster and better then before.
