How low do you want to drop your car? And what car do you have? What are you looking to get out of the drop? Be more specific.

Heres a pic of my car, sorry its a different year but you get the idea, NOT slammed but is very noticeable up close. The ride is way too soft for my taste but I should have figured that out before I bought them. Hope this helps

they both ******* suck
the prokit will drop you .000000001"

sportlines will drop your rear 2.5" and your front .5"
they'll both sag on you.

get HR or neuspeed springs.

HR race are good and agressive, very nice drop.
HR sport are an ok drop, and a nice smooth ride.
neuspeed race are like HR race, but slightly less aggressive.

they're all cheap.
eibach ERS springs are cool though.

Funny you say that. I've never seen anyones car look bad with Eibach springs... yet I've seen H&R and Neuspeed springs that look like crap.

My ex g/f has pro kits on her 00 Si and they're probably the best springs I've ever ridden on. H&R's and Neuspeed were way too stiff. The pro kits drop it perfect with 17's. She had the sportlines before that and they rubbed with 17's but they rode awesome. Feels exactly like stock.

I'll personally take Eibach springs over any other spring made...

And if you do a search, you can probably find a poll that was done a loooong time ago. I believe Eibach was #1 on here and H&R was 2nd.

Anyways.. I personally won't even put just springs on my car.. I'm going with Tein HE's coilovers.

They may be good as a DD, but they hold up well at the track on my car. Eibach makes an awesome spring.

I have and eibach pro kit on my 93 sol with kyb's, and 17's. It droped @ 1.5-1.75 inches with a prothane bushing kit. It rides really stiff but gives a good stance. The front sat a bit higher than the rear until i did the b-series engine swap, now it's close to perfect.

That's complete bs advice, obviously someone installed them wrong, I know guys who have been into imports since the cars to mod were VW beetles that run eibach.

I got H&R Sport springs on my ek and id say they're good for the price. Lowered the ek pretty much 2 inches all around.

I wanna go lower so im gonna switch them for a set of the race springs or a decent coilover setup, depending on funds.
