'92 Civic EG Hatch H1 Racecar w/ JDM ITR swap

This car ran in the Midwest Honda Challenge series in the H1 class during 2003 & 2004. It has only 5 or so races and another 5 track days. The body has just a couple thousand miles since being comletely stripped and repainted. The swap has about 12k miles. It comes with a 2004 NASA logbook. This is my friend/teammates' car, but he sucks at the internet.

Who are you responding to? What does the motor not being heavily modified have to do with the fact that its not street legal?
