Default 1990 Si Hatch

hey waz up guys. my boy has a 1990 Si Hatch with a 95 Si Block & 00 Si Head.. i was wondering if any of you guys know where i can find a 92-95 an Si y1 tranny.. please let me know where i can find this tranny if you guys know... thank you

your boy doesent have a 95 si block with 00 head attached.Impossible!

Werd single vtec block dont bolt up to a twin cam b16 head man and if your boy is planning on running a 92-95 tranny he converted to hydro right??

i'm talking about the jdm 95 sir hatch (b16a1). that comes with 170 horses.. to that block he attached a 2000 si head.. and he's looking for a y1 b16 jdm tranny...

unless he has the Canadian spec Si for some reason; those came with the SOHC unlike our US versions with DOHC.

y1's r hard to find. and plus if u end up making alot of power they arnt the best. the gears are way to short for lots of power.

thats why my boy wants that tranny, because right now he's using an LS tranny and he wants the y1 tranny so that he can blow it on people.. the cars basically a race car... i will try to post pictures of it ASAP so that you guys can see the vehicle...

Why not go with a Hydro B16 tranny?

Del Sol si = d16z6/y8, Del Sol VTEC = b16a2/3.

y1 isnt that much better than the LS tranny...

i hated the long gears of my y1, and the fact that the lsd took a **** for no apparently reason...
