That's some good times for a N/A D16Z6. Looks like you have a good working combination of parts. How big of a shot of N2O are you planning on using?

Nice run man! What is your technique? I haven't been to the track before and was wondering what is the best way to launch? I am going to have close to the same setup as you minus the zex cam and I hope to break into the 14's.

Sweet, an old friend of mine back in the day had a 90 Si w/ HKS powerflow, DC headers, HKS superdragger exhaust, Bullfrog cam and I think some portwork and he was running 14's all day. His car would barely idle and when it did it would surge like crazy.

yes i agree!
with any HF crx u are just asking for quick 1/4 times.
Thats the best part of having a lightweight car cause u don't need that much HP to make it move.

awesome

i'm swapping in a y8 mini-me setup next week, and hope to break 14s. I already hit a 15.3 with the dx motor, so with a 1.6l block and vtec head, I must hit 14s. nice times

the cam is very nice and love it, only thing you have to get used to is the loud valvetrain.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by peiku &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">are you still obd0 or did you convert to 0bd1?</TD></TR></TABLE>
still obd0 with pr3ecu

there is no lumpy idle just noisy valvetrain.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by whizdumb &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Nice run man! What is your technique? you gotta learn the sweet spot for your car, and just remember you dont wanna bog when you launch.

my scanner is being gay so ill just post all the specs for the meantime.

r/t-.172-we have .000 tree here so i didnt redlight.
60-2.207
330-6.025
1/8-9.179
mph-77.51
1000-11.916
1/4-14.246
mph-94.72

now im wondering why my mph gets slower everytime i got to the track, ive gotten .4 thenths of my 1/8th and gained 1 mph since the first 14.5 run and ive dropped .3thenths in the quarter and lost like 1.5mph.
