Fuel Pump wont turn on
well i got all the car together and when i tried starting the car it turns over but wont start but i dont hear the fuel pump starting. checked my Fuel Pressure Gauge and its at 0. is there any wires for the fuel pump in the engine bay or does it come right out of the ECU. is there any thing else i can check that controls the fuel pump?

I know I've had issues with fuel pump relay switches in Civic's going bad. I don't know your entire situation, but they may be something to look into. It is located on the drivers side kick panel area.
Need to know more info about your setup and what all you've done since the last time you started the car.

the car cranks over. it tries to start but still getting no fuel. what wires on the wiring harness run to the fuel pump? but if it was the main relay i wouldnt have power to crank it over or any thing would i?

been having trouble with my pump as well... one day it works fine then the next my engine is getting barely enough gas. I think its a bad pump... but if the relay malfunctions during driving can that be a cause? Its been giving me a headache now for about 2 weeks or so. Im taking it in to the mechanic today to have it checked out :-\ hope it doesnt cost much :: crosses fingers ::
What do you want - someone to walk over to your place with a multimeter and troubleshoot for you??
The entire schematic for the fuel pump circuit has been posted - now its your turn to play detective.
Have you checked the fuses? Have you visually inspected the Main Relay for cold solder joints? Do you have a meter?
The schematic is the same for all Civics and Tegs - just the pin#s are different. Do you need different pin #'s then what is shown? If yes, it'd help to post up info on what car/engine/ECU you're using.

The main relay has been tested everything looks good. tested the OHM's and its getting conuity. everything is working fine on there. Im Running a EG with a B16a2 and Mugen P28. Also i bought a Brand new Main relay yesterday from honda and still nothing working.
you check power to the pump?

OBD1 pinouts are in my sig.

Are fuses 31 (ECU, 15A, underhood), fuse 12 (without SRS, 15A, underdash), and fuse 18 (7.5A, underdash) all good (these fuses are from the 95 Civic Helms ETM)?
If yes: On pin 7 of the Main Relay, is there battery voltage? On pin 5, with key 'on or start', is there battery voltage? On pin 2, with engine cranking, is there battery voltage?
If voltage from the ignition switch never makes it to the Main Relay with the key 'on or start', the ECU will never gets it voltage which means it will never provide a ground to close the fuel pump set contacts.

unhook your battery for 5 minutes hook it back up and try again.
as odd as that sounds, it actually worked for me about 3 weeks ago when my fuel pump wasnt priming. i checked all the fuses, none were blown, so i just gave this a shot and it worked.
