some pics of our shop mini bike...(56k be careful)
we've been staying after here and there to build a fun breaktime bike and pitbike.
the tank finally came back from the painter and heres some pics.
here it is, dry fit, before disassembly and paint:

the engine is a suzuki 100cc 2stroke w/a 3speed gearbox.
we converted it to a suicide shift(shift with your hand and clutch with your foot).
the rear tire is from a jr dragster.
we were originally going to turbo it, but the engine uses an old school style internal carb.
weve paced it at ~40mph so far...
