Default ARP head studs on a Y8....

I had picked up a set of ARP's for my d16y8, my question is, are there supposto be studs in there that are longer then the others? There's one spot on the head is much taller then the rest, and the stud doesn't reach out though the top. I checked the legnthes, and all the studs are the same size........was I supposto have a longer one in there??

they will work. The block's tap hole is leveled according to the head.
