Today Jason Hunt became the first street class coupe to run 9s. Weighing in at 2515, jason had motor problems with the oil pump failing around the 1000 foot mark, however he still managed to click off a 9.92 at 126!!

The 94-01 Inegra is actually considered a hatchback rear, just like a crx... But anyways.. The car was definately on a high 9.60's run or so, maybe even lower..

Jason's car was straight sick today. 6.4 or 6.3 1/8 mile at 120 MPH at 2515 lbs. Gangsta. Imagine what this car would be running if he had it out all year. to Jason for getting the car back together so fast, glad to see the hard work pay off. We are in trouble the rest of this year and next year.
