Default d15b vtec 1/4 times and techniques?(searched)

hey guys, this is gonna be my first time racing at the track and I was just wanting some advice on launching(the tree) and also maybe if anybody has times what they run stock. I'm just running it to see what it will do stock since I just got my vtec hooked up. not looking to imprese anybody just wondering were I stand. in the world of Turtle crxs. Anyway all the help I can get to not look like quit a looser would help greatly.
and my setup is COMPLETELY stock 89 crx si with the motor in it, slightly gutted and nothing done to the motor. I'm gonna be running my stock 14s with cheap kumho ecstas 185/60/r14. and it's lowered on stock shocks with neuspeed sport springs.

hey I'm back again. I went there last time... but I'm wanting somthing else now. Shifting wise.... I know once you get going so high in the RPMS that you actually don't make any power so if redline is at 7000 then what should I shift at? Again nothing is done to the motor. I dont' care again if you give me another link to somwhere or the answer as long as I get it.

what did you run? and i think the redline for a d15b vtec is 7200 and peaks power at like 6800-6900 so just shift at 7200....
