There's a guy on ephatch Bemunger (probably name wrong) who has swapped a RSX gauge cluster into an EP3... so he knows all the pinouts and everything... just search for rsx cluster or gauge on ephatch...

I'm working on the same project too. I've downloaded the RSX Service Manual at:

I'm working on Bookmarking all the Sections and sub-sections. I'll post soon. The some of the cluster info begins around page: 1211
Pin out Info:
-B is the smaller connector (on the left looking at the back)
-Pinout for B goes 1(top Left) - 9 (Top right) | 10 (Bottom Left) - 18 (Bottom right)
Pin for connector A is the same + 4)
Most LEDs should be pulled to ground to light, Some, however, must have +12v to make them light.
Here's what I got so far:
CONNECTOR A:
A3 LED - Security Indicator
A4 +12v for Immobilizer
A5 LED- High Beam
A6 +12v for High Beam LED
A7 LED - Left turnsignal (must apply +12v)
A8 LED - Cruise Control
A10 LED - Immobilizer
A13 Dash Lights Output (I believe the4 CPU control brightness)
A14 ABS Control Unit Inuput
A15 LED - SRS Unit (must apply +12v)
A21 LED - Oil Pressure
A22 LED - Check Engine Light
CONNECTOR B:
B6 +12v (On all the time)
B7 +12v (Ingition switch-on)
B8 LED:Side Airbag Off
B9 LED:Turn Signal (must apply +12v)
B13 Connects to Multiplex-which controls many inputs
B14 Tachometer
B15 VSS(Vehicle Speed Sensor)
B16 Fuel Gauge
B17 GROUND 1
B18 GROUND 2
This is all I have so far. I believe you also need the Multiplex Unit that connects to Pin B13. The think Multiplex has several inputs:
-Coolant Temp
-Seat Belt Warning LED
-Break LED
-Door Open Indicator
-Charging System LED
I don't know if you can control these with other Pins on the cluster. I'm wokring on it now. I'm putting this RSX cluster in my 91 Civic Si. I think it will fit, but it will be a tight one. If anyone has more infomation on doing this cluster install, please let us know! Also if anyone has info on Putting a VSS on a Cable Tranny. I think... it's a direct fit.
