Default NEW RECORD FOR RED STAR MOTORING S2K !!!

On its first pass of the night P-PO-Tech just ran a 9.61@145MPH on their daily driven s2k. They have been working hard on doing some changes to the car and they finally figured out the problem. I will post the video shortly and hopefully we will have an update later on tonight !!!

Here is the video : http://www.grs-motorsports.com...1.wmv

PT67
CFT Turbo Manifold
Tuned and Built By Red Star Motoring
Inline Pro Rear end
3" downpipe
No headwork
700+ HP

The reason why it is smoking is because the turbo is starting to go bad.

Haha thats funny because i know of a built s2k here that's had his PT67 go bad twice in less then a couple hundred miles and is now waiting on a new one from PTE.

Well they ran the car again and managed to back it up with a 9.67 with a high 1.6 sixty foot and on the 9.61 they cut a 1.42 sixty so you can imagine what it would of ran on that last run if they would have got a better launch. They are saving the car for a BIG event that is going down this weekend. I will keep you guys posted !

Congrats! Glad to see that thing in the low to mid 9's. It was only a matter of time. A couple pictures from last time I was in Puerto Rico; let me know if they show or not
