Default Headgasket Water Pump repair. Need Advice. w/ pics Teardown Rebuild

So I have been on here for quite some time, but usually posting and lurking in the ITR forum. My brother has had a 94 GSR w/ oem B18C1 motor and never really posted on here. He has also neglected to make it to Expo all the years I have been.

So here goes...

Current Car:
94 stock GSR w/ B18C1
~w/ 170k miles

Objective:
Replace timing belt, water pump, head gasket. Eliminate HIGH pressure in Cylinder #3. And upgrade anything internally that's within reason that would or should be replaced

We have the head off the car currently and we want to find out if there is anything suspect with what we are looking at:

Cylinder #3

Cylinder #2

With all this most might ask what is it I am asking. Well, I am not totally sure. I have never had any problems with my ITR, but this high mileage GSR is in need of some TLC. We are following along in the Helms manual. And I know there are some little differences in intake manifolds, but I don't know what is totally swappable. Any parts we should consider replacing that is ITR specific that'll work(and see a difference, Bang For Tha Buck)? Are the pistons what one should expect? Is there anything we should be doing to those pistons or anything? I thought I knew quite a bit about my own car, but I seem like I don't have any answers for my little brother and his GSR.

ITR Forum Guys, Thanks for reading! Just lookin for some good advice. And a way to get the ITR back into the garage where it belongs!

And a little snappy to make this Integra related:

with 170k on clock everything looks normal to me,just replace everything you were going to replace and clean up the top of the pistons and you should be good to go
