500whp turbo d16...

i never thought i can do it, but i guess today was my day.

thanks to people from turbod16.com, they influenced my setup a lot like from what parts to use, turbo matching, etc.
b18bturbo for the parts (h-t sponsor) for taking care of my orders.

yeah, it is full exhaust with muffler, with a/c. and is daily driven.

this is my work horse from home to work

manifold and pipings are all fabricated locally in the philippines.
cam is taiwan made. very similar to crower 2 for NA

I wouldn't be surprised to see this motor last a while as long as detonation is kept at bay. There are quite a few out there that have been running high HP for a while on stock sleeves. Mike Ortiz's old vitara setup was 454 whp on stock sleeves and had more track passes at 35psi than a lot of race cars do in a year and it never cracked a sleeve.
