FS: Chrome Ram-Style Manifold & 50 trim Turbo

Since some people dont understand, this turbo DOES WORK, it just didnt sit flush with my manifold and was touching my block, therefore i did not use it. It is only DIRTY because i tried to make it fit and work but all the exhause fumes were all over the place, and even then its not even that dirty. I shaved the side down to try and make it sit flush, and that still didnt work, so if anything im helping the next person out since i made it a lot thinner.

Turbo is now 200$ O.B.O. Only ship if i get a decent offer, not for 100$ on a brand new turbo.

To further CLARIFY to all the non-believers. Yes we all know this isnt name brand ****, but it still WORKS like a turbo should. You see how the outside is shaved? It had a fat *** name tag on the side which im sure you've all seen b4 on a turbo, that part was hitting my block so i cut it off and sanded it down a bit. That doesnt matter because it still WORKS.

Up for sale is a chrome ram-style manifold (works on b-series i believe since it was for my ITR) which came with a turbo that i got from a guy, but turns out this manifold would not fit right with my turbo. So i have no need for it specially since im selling my car. Nothing is wrong with it, maybe a lilttle dirty? Also i got a screw stuck in one of the holes, so i cut the tip off so i could dis-mount it from my turbo. I didnt have the right tools to tap it out, but its an easy fix for people with tools. I can let it go for $300 o.b.o. Local pickups only, unless price is right then i can ship it.
Next item is a 50 trim turbo bought off ebay. Its brand new no miles on it. It wouldnt fit right on my car so i tried to shave down a side of it, but still wouldnt work since the bolt things were hitting the back near my block. Only reason its dirty is because i tried to mount it and see if it would run right, but turbo didnt spool at all so i just took it off and got a dif turbo. All of that dirt can come off if i clean it, its just exhaust fumes that were going everywhere from not mounted right. Has no shaft play, like i said its brand new. I dont want profit just want what i paid for it. Price is 200$ ( thats the price total i got it for on ebay).

heh, the turbo is brand new, sure it maybe be chinaBAY stuff, but it works. maybe for someone who just wants 5-7 pounds ? I would only get a name brand turbo if i know i was going to put down realistic numbers. thats why i have a garrett on mine right now....
the manifold works just fine... what chrome ram manifolds you know go for less than 300 heh, thats why i even put OBO...
Im not going to re-sell a turbo i bought brand new and never used for less than what i got it for lol...i will even link you to the page so you know what the price is

its not brand new anymore since you shaved the housing.
You can get a brand new one thats bigger and cheaper that also comes w/the oil kit.

Let me clarify for the masses. I bought the turbo brand new for my car since my old turbo blew out. I tried to fit it in my car, it would not fit right because the part that i shaved was hitting the left side of my block. I shaved it down and it sit a little better so i put everything together and tried to run it. It did not spool at all. The reason you see oil is because i had it put together and oil flowed through but it didnt spool up. I just took it off and thats it. It has no miles on it, so it is new, its not used... if you want to get technical ya its not new because i mounted it heh..so i dont know what your idea of brand new is, but if a turbo has no miles on it, then its brand new heh...

No one in their right mind is going to give you 200 for that egay turbo when you can buy them for 120 new.

Looks like i have to break it down once again..
The turbo does spool, it just didnt spool on my setup because it wasnt sitting flush with my manifold and the turbo hitting the block. I guess ill add that to the OP since i guess its hard for people to understand, because no where in my replies did i say the turbo did not work, i simply said it didnt work with my setup.
2nd of all, to prove my point, my turbo is the same one as the one you linked in your reply. Only difference is price. Mine was 150 + 50 shipping = 200 ( i have the ebay statement to prove it). Also the one you linked is buynow: 140$ + 46 shipping = 186 roughly, which is almost at 200...
So i really dont see what your deal is with my thread. The turbo is legit, its not name brand so what? Fruit loops taste the same as the ones you get from the 99 cent store lol...Like i said, maybe someone wants to run a low setup and get a turbo for cheap and not spend 900 on a greddy etc.

No one in there right mind is gonna give you 200 dolalrs for that turbo when they can get it for 14 dollars cheaper on ebay and its not grinded. you my friend are ridiculous. sell the fu..ing thing for 100 dollars plus shipping and you might have it sold in a few days.

No i didnt wanna go through all the trouble to mess with the block, i was lucky enough to even borrow the tool to shave the turbo down a bit. There was a huge *** emblem on there that i had to saw off then shave down.
i just got lucky on a garrett turbo and it happened to fit just right, so thats what im using now.

A whole 14$, when people can locally pick it up, i dont see that being much of a difference. If someon wants i will sell it 14$ cheaper than 200, the price is not " that " firm. Also, I hate to say it but its not brand new. You have had exhaust gasses and oil through the turbo therefore its not brand new. Lets say it was a Garrett turbo and you wanted to return in, do you think they are gonna return the turbo as a brand new unused piece? You are a f-ing toolbag and thats the bottom line. Hear me now believe me later, no one in there right mind is going to give you 200 dollars for that thing. Even if you sold it for 14 dollars less it still won't sell. Its used and grinded to ****. Get a clue kid, seriously.
