Oh no, please no, not the DREADED code 43
First thing you need to know is the code meaning was screwed up in translation, from japaneese, to Hondaeese.
What it really means is that the O2 sensor is seeing unburned oxides, and really doesn't have squat diddley to do with the fuel supply system.
It could be a lazy O2 sensor, ruptured diaphram in the FPR, weak spark, overly tight intake valve.
Just treat your diagnostic approach as if you are looking for a reason the engine is running in an overly rich condition.

Thanks, I am getting an O2 sensor code too, so I'll start there.

For those who have seen this problem, I replaced the O2 sensor, and the code 43 cleared. I was also getting a code 1. Both are cleared.
