Is there any difference between a b16 and b18c1/5 head gasket. I have a oem head gasket and Im about to temp to put it on...

I have seen thing that lead me to believe my head gasket is blone.. mainly oil in the anti-freeze (bad)

Also is some one could direct me in a direction for arp head stud torque/re-torque

EDIT: Is there a way I can Cross Ref the part number on the package to make sure?
