Default P30 (SIR2) or P73 (USDM ITR)

Ok, so I'm trying to build a reliable LS/Vtec, and I don't know which pistons would give me more reliable power. I know these two normally don't go tegether (reliable and power), but I'm trying. I have both and don't which to use. The P30's are 12.1 cp and the P73's (USDM) are 10.8.
My build includes:

B16 Head (PnP, deck match)
S2S2 cams
Skunk cam gears
Toda Timing Belt
Dual valve springs & Tit retainers
Bronze valve guides and seals
Omni Flat valves
OEM head gasket
ITB's w/ Hondata gasket and True Choice filter

LS block (line bore, cylinder hone, deck match)
Eagle HBeam rods
LS crank
OEM bearings
Type R (oil/water pumps, oil cooler)
HyTech Tri Y's

I will greatly apreciate all input.

More compression will generally make more power. I chose P30's when I built my LSV a couple years ago. They have been very reliable in my daily-driven hatch.

the p30 pistons require little work to get onto the LS rods

for the p73 pistons you have to shave down the small end of the rod before they can be pressed on
