Default Will civic si struts and springs fit an LS integra?

I guess you're wondering why not upgrade instead using civic struts on an integra.
well the answer is simple. I'm POOR. I have a 96 integra. when i bought my car it already had a set of after market struts and spring on it. well... it's really just after market junk! all of them are completely blown. Anyways. I found a set of struts off of a 2000 civic si. just wondering will it fit the integra!? it's free!!!

Yes, they will fit. (Koni has the same p/n for a 2000 Si and a 94-01 non ITR Integra.)

http://www.koni-na.com/

BTW: they are shocks, not struts.

yep. Just the Si shocks dont have brackets for the brake lines to bolt on to so.. you would have to zip tie them.

You can swap the brackets.

i thought only the fronts fit because the rear LCA's on 96-00 civic's were smaller and they wont fit over the rear LCA's on 92-95 civic or 94+ integra.

You are correct. I looked only at the fronts. The rears are different.

not true. I got a set of tokico shocks rears that came off a civic si. Fit in perfect with no problem. people had been saying it wouldnt fit, but it fit. Both front and back fit with no problem. Just in the front, the brake lines wouldnt attach because there isnt a bracket there

integra lca's are wider than the 96-00 civic lca's. your tokicos must've been made for the 92-95 civic/94+ integra. like someone else already said, the front brake line brackets can be removed from the stock shocks and put on aftermarket ones.

i will try to make this as clear as possible so there is no confusion. If you notice, most aftermarket shock company's will advertise there shocks to fit 92-00 civics and 94+ integras.

As far as i know, there was never a aftermarket shock made specifically for 96-00 civics. the company's provide you with spacers/washers for the rear shocks for 96-00 civics to fit properly over the skinnier rear lca's. this is why the tokico's fit with no problem for user lsintegra4

since the shocks came off a 99 si and they are stock, they were only meant for that model or any 96-00 civic at that.

oh, maybe thats why they fit with no problem. I remmeber I asked the same question, but people said it wouldnt fit. then when I got them, it fit perfect

well heres the verdict! only the front fit... the rear doesn't fit.

the front is weird. i don't know if it's me or what, but after installing the front it looks like my integra can go off roading! haha maybe i'm exaggerating a bit, but it does look like it gave it more clearance.

it doesn't ride too bad. Now all i need so to find a set of rear shocks.

thanks for you input guys.

Yeah thats Because civic struts sit Higher! If you put your old strut side by side with the civic one you'll see what I mean

that's exactly what several people have told you. the integra rear lca IS thicker than the 96-00 ciivc.
