NEED TO SELL ASAP

as said.....the time has come
other might remember my previous "testing waters" post but this is it. I'm looking for this to be sold in about a month or sooner. Sad as it is, but its time to move on. Many on the forum can vouch for the car. I took care of this car with the highest level of care and detail. I built this car for purpose driving. It wasnt always garaged and babied. It has been dailied, driven hard and well taken care of. The past year has been driven about once a week. The car has been featured in Sport Compact Car Magazine which can be seen here

It put down a healthy 227 hub horsepower and 150 lbs of torque. It revs nicely up to 9000 easily with a rev limiter set at 9200. Only fed mobile 1 10w30 full synthetic oil. The car is in a aggressive street trim. Meaning, there are many interior parts removed for weight reduction. All remaining parts will be given to the new owner of this vehicle. The car is 14 years old now and can use a paint job if you are picky. SInce rebuild, the motor has about 5000 miles. I, idealy, want this sold by aug 1st.
willing to hear reasonable offers.
Low ballers will be ignored.
I am located in So Cal, Los Angeles area.

last timed at 13.6 on street tires.
this was prior to ported head, 4.7 final drive and tune
should be much deeper into the 13's on street tires and definately 12's on slicks
