Wow, thanks dude

Personally, I like the skunk2 and both greddys...

I think I'm a little partial to the skunk2, but I'm not too sure about the sizes. Does anyone have anything on the power gain differences between the 60 and 70mm skunk2 exhausts? I've done some searching and it seems to be all over the place. Some people say 70mm is better for N/A, some people say the 60mm... I've always thought that the 60mm's would be better, but I just want to be sure

And I just hope that the first link that didn't list the size wasn't the 60mm, cuz that sounded a bit ricey IMHO. But that 70mm sounded mean...

I know you did not ask, but here is my opinion on all these exhausts. Keep in mind, my opinion is not worth a hill of beans, but it's quiet in the office today so what the heck.

Skunk 2 Mega 60 MM
Skunk 2 Mega 70MM
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yFgjW6YT-sc

Ok, that does sound good, but in my city, the cops will take notice.

Skunk 2 (no size pipe listed)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELFIOKyVxeU
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcwdIk_OLmo

Same as above

Tanabe Medalion Touring
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztV9zw9k7a8
-DCRH, SRI

No, don't like that too much.

Tanabe Concept G
http://www.tanabe-usa.com/exha...1.wmv
http://www.tanabe-usa.com/exha...2.wmv

Nope, not for me.

DC Sports
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KV7XNmIcV4
-aem cai

Does not sound bad, but hard to tell without the car moving.

Comptech
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XI17XDHuMNc
-Comptech header, shitty sound

I disagree, I like the sound of the Header, but it definitely sounds better with an exhaust system.

Apexi N1
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oR494yNoRqE

Little loud for me, cops would take too much notice.

Neuspeed
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWA_TmdKtd4
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVEAzxWlyJk

Sorry, could not hear the exhaust over the birds in the back ground.

Greddy Evo 2
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJcq-9z9KsE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHx7iwy_cd8

It is a little quiet, but it has a good tone in my opinion. I have this exhaust with the Comptech Header and together it sounds good IMO. Unfortunately, at higher RPM the Supercharger whine drowns out the exhaust noises.

Btw Mike (Type X), the Supercharger gets considerably louder when you get a few thousand miles in it. Specially from 6,000 to 8,000 RPM.

What is up with the popping? No, don't like that. Also too loud for my taste.

Ok, I guess, but not my first choice.

Custom exhaust: 2.5" mid-pipe without resonators or anything

It's for another user on here and the ocho. I'm sure he'll chime in. I did my exhaust after hearing the video and it sounds the same.

Cost: $100

good thread. im liking the HKS exhaust

kinda OT but does anyone else wait for the fuel pump to prime before starting your car. in one of the vids the dude just cranked it right up and it caught my attention.

waiting for the fuel pump has been a habit of mine for years.
