Rail swap is not gonna happen.

That was the first thing I thought when I got them. I ended up having a buddy cut and weld the ep3 brackets. I drilled a hole in the floorboard and he welded in a piece of steel to reinforce it under the car.

If you look at where it sits in comparison to the center console, you'll see it sits the same height as stock. The seatback is taller, gving it a "larger" appearance.

i did the same swap for my ek -- it's worth it if you think your going to be keeping them for a while.

i did my seats and then sold them 3months later for gsr leathers

very nice seat, very nice feel, very very nice around turns.

your call.

I LOVE my ep3 seats. Mine came out of a wrecked 05 with 13K miles (I saw the car), so, they were literally brand new. They are VERY firm, and the materiain the middle is a mesh, which lets you and the seat breathe.

I can still put my factory seats in in about 10 minutes if I chose to.

To me, yes, it's VERY worth it.

if the rails are going to be a problem, try out some del sols. imo they are more comfortable, just sit really low.

i bought some aftermarket brackets and im going to cut the tabs off my ep3 rails/seat pan and mount the aftermarket ones on
this looks the easiest of everything ive seen
easier than drilling into the floor atleast
i just havent gotten around to doing it
il make a how-to thread when i do it with pics

For mine...

I cut the front brackets off the EP3 seats, then bolted the cut brackets to the floor(take a hammer to them to flatten them out).

After that...bolt the seats in (but on the rear brackets). Tack weld the front brackets to the rails...take seats out...weld....put back in.

The rear seats don't bolt right in...the stock seats are 50/50 while the EP3's are 40/60. They COULD fit...but modifications are needed and it's too much for my liking
