It really is too bad you guys are so far away... we are in the market for another ITB car and would love this car to go ITB or possibly GP. Are you sure your not willing to ship it? I am very serious...
We would gladly ship it if you arrange the shipping. Remember that is is bare, as in no suspension, no nothing. We have arranged shipping before for cars but there was a steep price jump for non-running cars.
Well I will call around and see what i can get... we were going to pick up a CRX tomorrow and start a build, we would much rather have the caged installed and skip all the dirty cleanup work if we can

This shell is on a wheeled dolly and will roll into a trailer. But remember, all the fenders are loose and there is a pile of stock parts, wiring harness, etc.....
And in the interest of total disclosure, the front and rear bumper covers will need paint-we painted the wrong bumpers!!!

Who said that? Nah, you just need to be a little creative with issues that come up. There is not much that you can't do to that car (stock) that would limit the ability of the car to run however you wished.
My track car is an 1987 CRX HF, with a D15A3 swap, full cage, front/rear hoops, that I race on a 1/2 mile oval 30* high banking asphalt track. She will do what ever I ask her to do. With a little left in reserve. I'm just partial to 1st gen Rex's.
Cheers,
Donnie

This is where if you screw up, you have an up close and personal meeting with the Wall Brothers. Both Inside and his big brother, Outside.

Back on topic, the interior dash bar is somewhat low for my liking. Bang your shins on that thing easily, IMO. Otherwise, nice shell.
What I did on my track car, was use 2 1/2" .120 square tubing around the interior. On the sides it is down inside the rockers, across the front it is below the pedals the entire width of the car. The firewall bar is round 1 3/4" 095 and located under the lip for the front windshield, between the "A" pillars. No knocking any knees in here.

Donnie
