Default troubles with BC stage IV, dyno tested...help

Hello guys, here is my story…

I put my race car on the dyno last week and came up with this:

My setups is:
B18c5 block, ported and polished B18c5 head and Buddy Club Stage IV cams, Skunk2 dual springs, titanium retainers, ITR valves, b16 typeR pistons rings and rods, ITR Spec 98 header, Tanabe Extreme II Exhaust 60mm, ITR receiver with the custom made cold air intake, 63mm TB, MSD Ignition 400cc injectors and Hondata S300 with the p30 JDM ECU. The CR is 11.6 and VTEC point was set on 6200. ITR gearbox with LSD and spoon 4.96. Toda flywheel. Total engine rebuild last summer.

Why does it drop off so quickly, is it problem with the header or intake manifold or what? I don’t have any idea…

About my cams:
Buddy Club Spec IV
Spec IV cams are the ideal street/track camshafts. Spec IV cams increases the maximum lift to 12.3mm to give it an extra edge in high-end power. Specifications: Intake 306 duration, 12.3mm lift, Exhaust 302 duration, 11.8mm lift.

Thank you for help ))

i think its ur cams buddy clubs are known for making great mid range power, not for top end power. ive seen it happen plenty of times on the dyno with these cams.

Really, and how about this words: "Spec IV cams increases the maximum lift to 12.3mm to give it an extra edge in high-end power."

CR is 11.6, it's not enough?!
Buddy club recommended CR range is 10.1-12.6 for this cams

You plot looks like what I would expect to see from a build like yours, ~200whp seems to be the common limit of the OEM ITR header. If the B16 Type R pistons you are talking about are the CTR PCT pistons, your compression is much higher than 11.6:1, If everything is kept stock the pct pistons alone will put you above 12.7:1
Alot of the guys you see running big numbers have custom built headers, and many are not running through an exhaust. You could try using a large rthrottle body and having your intake manifold ported

Who ported your head, some guys can hurt.

Pay attention to what Don F says in your posts, he is always hinting tward an answer. the tool you need can be found here
http://www.newenglandhondarebuilders.com/

There are AAAAAAA LOT of other things to consider such as tuning/fuel/condition of motor. 200whp is nothing shabby for a 1.8l 4cyl engine especially with your mods.

I understand you reduced the compresssion ratio but how did you do this? Thick headgasket? If so you will want to make up the added deck height with cam gear adjustment.
I would say you may need to look into your cam timing.

.....in the post above yours, it looks like he's saying he put b16 pistons in to lower the c/r.
