Default My first bike--1992 CBR00f2...................................

1992 CBR600f2, 17,500 miles

I've been riding for about 2 months or so. So far so good. These are camera phone pics
so the bike looks a little "banana-ish," but the color is actually Viper yellow.

--Bought it for $800 from my brother
--Aftermarket fairings that fit like **** (Cheetah) as seen in pic, but oh well
--Painted by the local MAACO (crappy job, but cheap)

seriously, 1 piece street uppers are wack.

mine fit a little better than that, but not much.

if i were keeping it, i wouldn't mind dropping a good amount of coin for a clean set of OEM plastics.

the dark streak that looks like cementite?

i think it's just a reflection.

those rotors look pretty clean compared to mine...

looking at it more closely it seems as if only the outer inch or so of the rotor is actually used. on most bikes that i can remember it uses most of the exposed rotor

Great choice. If the fairings fit a little better it wouldn't look to bad at all

I'm really pissed that they fit like that. I thought about getting OEM plastics, but I just don't want to drop anymore money than I have to into the bike. As for the brakes, they look very "glazed."

The neighborhood where the bike is located has one of the highest crime rates per square mile in the state of nj.
