Actually, the ZX10R doesn't hold its resale value well. I believe the same problem applies to the ZX6R and 6RR. At least, that's what I've seen from other people's FS threads...

 

Oh yeh I know the kawis don't hold their value...I can get a 05 ZX-6 here for same price as a 02 F4i or gixxer both with over double the mileage of the Zx-6....Don't see a lot of zx-10s for sale here...and the squid population would scoop that badboy up in a second if it wasn't 5,000 miles away.

i see CBRs 03-04 600rr for $4000-$5500 all the time....

I hate to argue this, But I am in the market for Newer 05+ 600 and I have been looking around at everything for the last 3 months. Down South every 600 is around the same price, If anything the the Honda 600RR will be cheaper then the others.


I don't think $7,500 is a Wild low price for a 2004. I sure any 04' 1000RR, R1, Or GSXR will be around the same price!

Yeh and with the american dollar sucking *** because you economy blows right now you woudn't make much even though the bikes cost you $1000-$1500 less down there. You guys should be proud of the village idiot thats running your country.

I guess you are somewhat right. Back in November I was offered an 03 R1 w/tons of nice mods for like $6200. That was especially cheap, though.

Still, I think this guy is being pretty reasonable.

not true, cbr 600rr's has the highest resale value out of all the 600's. I know, i've been looking at the market value for months. If u look on craigslist, even the 03 cbr 600rr's go for $6000. The Kawi's has the lowest resale value. The r6's and zx6rr are the cheapest on craigslist, i see them for $4500-5k. U won't be able to find a 600rr for that price.

u can get a 05 zx10 for the same price if not lower compare to 05 600rr. Both go for around $7500. It just shows u how high the cbr 600rr resale value compare to kawi's.

i don't think they are crap, cuz if they were then they wouldn't be the most demanded 600's. The demand for 600rr's are extremely high right now. You won't be able to find a 600rr for under 6k on craigslist. U will find r6/636/gsxr600 for under 6k easily. Glad i sold mine and made profit.
