IMHO the b series motors arent that much different....in HP/tq range so someone that knows WTF they are talking about can tell the roof of power and if you are modding a d most motors with simple BPU's are in the same power range and the ds with turbos are in the same power range.......and if its a K or H theyll know
so why would you want to grind it off??? i mean its like your saying you dont want everyone to know its a honda motor...I have respect for every honda engine from the single cylinder gas lawn mower to the v12/8 formula engines... just buy a chevy if you want to make it generic

one way or another if u shave it they will find what u have , p72/73 pr3 ow whatever is written allover ur dam engine beside if a cop stop u he wont let u go until he find out the motor vin and from what car did it came out

probably illegal someplace.. but if you do it.. take off your vin numbers also.. so it can be extra top secrect... who knows someone might think you drive a bmw.
make sure you grind all the vins and casting marks off of everything on the car and take the H emblems off of it too noone will know what you have

If you take it to shows.. Dont you want to show it off.. and impress people? So why make that spot look grinded and crappy. its looks ahell of alot better with it on there.
I work at a body shop, I can make it look like it was never there, thats not what Im worried about, I just wanna know if it illegal or not
